Established in 2019 by Sera Lain Chen,
based in Singapore
Originally known by a gated underground community under the
brand name Bloodwitch Cult,
We have since evolved
into Vault 13 on our 7th year anniversary.
We remain a private esoteric practice devoted to divination and bespoke ritual practice with workings grounded in metaphysics.
Intentionally discreet, the practice favours depth and precision over visibility. Each consultation is undertaken as an individual commission, with every reading and working developed thoughtfully, with care and respect for the person it serves.
For those who value discretion, gentle yet meaningful guidance, and work that speaks for itself.

At Vault 13, every consultation is handled with utmost care and every working is thoughtfully planned before it is executed.
We tailor our workings to the unique energy profile
of each client and place emphasis on the quality of our work.
We are not a conveyor belt system.
Therefore we do not believe in things like mass energy workings and have never, and will never offer that to our clients.
Vault 13 is a reflection of that philosophy —
quiet, intentional, and deeply personal.
